- Stripped the roof; replaced damaged joists; installed a new 18 mm timber deck; built an insulated roof system over a DPM with timber upstands; used specialist fixings that allow movement and reduce thermal bridging; installed fleece-backed EPDM; fitted new white PVC fascias and black PVC trims.
