Planning Permission
Planning permission may be required depending on the size, location and type of work. We assess your property at survey and advise clearly before you commit.

For partial refurbishments, often yes with some disruption. Full property renovations usually require temporary accommodation — we plan phases to minimise inconvenience where possible.
Do you provide a fixed price quotation?
Yes. Following our detailed survey, we provide a fixed-price quotation with clear scope of works. Variations are only charged when you request changes.
How do you protect existing areas during works?
We use dust sheets, temporary partitions and floor protection throughout. Before, during and after surveys document the condition of all areas.
