- Converted the garage to create a sitting area, ensuite, utility area and new connection to the house; built new front brickwork with two basement windows; formed drainage; installed blue soundboard plasterboard to the party-wall side; fitted a rear window and three internal doors; replaced fascia and soffits.

Issue

How we fixed it
Toothed the new masonry into the existing brickwork where possible and mechanically tied the opposite side to create a secure connection.
