Removed the old valley; installed new 450 mm Code 5 lead before reslating the surrounding roof; used tower-scaffold access.

Complete fascia/gutter details where included, inspect the finished roof and clear the working area. QC focus: preparation, correct sequencing and quality of the roofline, checks & completion stage.

The agreed approach was to removed the old valley; installed new 450 mm Code 5 lead before reslating the surrounding roof; used tower-scaffold access. with attention to preparation, detailing and long-term performance.

Outcome

A clean new Code 5 lead valley replaced the deteriorated painted detail.
