The customer wanted a reliable, properly finished solution at the property in Milton Keynes Village. The starting point was existing leadwork looked very poor and had been coated/blackened. The priority was to correct the issue properly and leave a durable, professional finish.

- Removed the unattractive existing lead and installed clean new leadwork onto the newly renewed roof.

Finishing
Point/seal/patinate or reinstate adjoining roof materials as required. QC focus: preparation, correct sequencing and quality of the finishing stage.
Completion check
Inspect the finished weathering detail and photograph the completed work. QC focus: preparation, correct sequencing and quality of the completion check stage.
