Completion check

How we fixed it

Quality Construction recommended a targeted, properly prepared installation rather than a temporary cosmetic repair. The agreed approach was to installed new abutment leadwork beneath coping stones to both sides of the property, using lead dots; patinated twice with oil and repointed the coping-stone joints. with attention to preparation, detailing and long-term performance.

Outcome

Both abutment details were renewed with neat, durable lead weathering.
