Challenges
"The main consideration was integrating the new work correctly with the existing property while maintaining weathering, finish and build quality. No unusual additional challenge is recorded for this historic project. Additional project context: Three roof windows in the property began leaking at around the same time. All were approximately 40 years old, strongly indicating that the units had reached the end of their practical service life rather than one isolated installation defect."
